I was so busy re-watching it, that it never occurred to me to post it.

I watched it on the livecast this morning with the panel discussion and announcement.

What made this more amazing - is when the lights came up after they showed it for the first time on the big screen right after the laugh - Standing at center-stage was the Emperor himself Ian McDiarmid!!! Covered in Red SITH lighting..
As he said in the Emperor's voice... "Roll it Again" and they replayed it again as an encore while they showed people's faces as they reacted to it.

Why, o why, did he not carry this into a Swift-ian (Modest) Proposal? It begs to be taken seriously by all along the intelligence spectrum.

The issues with this....

The cost in energy to pump that water must be enormous. All for what? Does that really impress people? As said above, it would suck to be in any of those offices below, especially after the inevitable failure of the waterproofing.

Yes, that's a larger diameter than an anti tank rifle, which usually was between 12.7mm and 20mm. But compared to, say, a 20mm Lahti L39, this most likely uses a lot less propellant in the cartridge. A lot. Thus less muzzle energy, less recoil, less injuries.
