00scud00 had a good answer, but it's actually a callback to a much earlier episode that features the Meeseeks box. The Meeseeks box generates a Meeseeks ("Hi, I'm Mr Meeseeks! Look at me!") who will then help you with any task you desire, and pop out of existence once it's done helping you. In the earlier episode, however, the Meeseeks gets a task it can't solve, and has a psychotic breakdown ("I'm Mr. Meeseeks! We're only supposed to live for five minutes! I've been doing this for two days - an eternity in Meeseeks time! Look at me!").

Here, apparently, someone generated a Meeseeks to get better at an arcade game, as a background gag.

No fucking way.

They all want to touch his illusionary wand after the filming. Or does the filming end, hm? He'll probably have to pull some slight of hands on their drinks before the cameras are rolling. Well, that's just slight of law but he should be able to get out of any California prison with some slight of hand into my wallet.

Say what you will about Bob's hyperbole, but I'm sorry, this is starting to merge into the "not completely what I'd call acting Presidential" area.

Appearing on shows is one thing, makes you look connected and "of the people". Being part of a gag is kinda sad. This whole mean tweets thing is like watching people pop zits, if you ask me. There's respect lost for the Office, imho.

Sure looked like Nutella... years ago, started a post-doc at UQ in Brisbane, temporarily rooming at Gatton College. 1st morning, jet lagged at breakfast in dining hall, lathered it on white toast and laid into it. Managed to keep it down, but the gag reflex was winning. Students howled, all in good fun though. When I checked out 2 weeks later, they gave me a gift of a giant jar of it and a homemade booklet "How to Eat Vegemite"... good memories, but could never stomach it again.

@robdot - It's funny because it's a running gag that elicits such a viscerally humorous reaction while exhibiting a sweet sibling relationship.

If it was just done once, it wouldn't be as entertaining, but she does it to him repeatedly over apparently a long expanse of time and she keeps eyeballing him when she does it before he finally realizes she's done it again. It's fun watching that realization happen, especially because of his subsequent reaction.

As is with JFL, for every 20 gags like this, you get the one where the stooges walked under the sidewalk-covering scaffolding, getting to the end, where JFL put up plate glass and threw a bucket of water at them.

There's an excellent twitter account called StatsCanada, they summed up how I feel about Just For Laughs Gags.
