Trump Bloodbath statement Has leftest spin the lie

newtboy says...

Nice try at spinning away from what he said, repeatedly.

Trump is clear and consistent…when he loses he will direct his cult to riot and attack liberals and the government, again….he’s already told them to be ready.
When he said if he loses there will be massive bloodshed across America, he means exactly that. Nobody is fooled by the idiotic excuses and lies, @bobknight33. It’s far from the first time he’s said that.

That’s why there’s an industry selling “ready packages” for assaults to MAGA like the Rittenhouse Pack that includes (but isn’t limited to) full ballistic body armor, additional ceramic body armor plates, multi magazine holsters for multiple extended mags in multiple calibers, trauma pads and other first aid, and hydration because it’s thirsty work taking over a nation by force. These aren’t defensive items, they are assault items being sold exclusively to MAGA.
It’s why people like Bannon are telling their crowds to be prepared to go to prison to get Trump in office and dismantle the “administrative state” (by which he means the Federal government). These are crowds of MAGA politicians and appointees. You don’t go to prison for being peaceful lawful citizens.

WE ALL SEE THE PLANS HERE. You should know, vests don’t stop black talons or other Teflon coated bullets, and we know it.

He said the foreign car industry will fail if he wins, can’t sell those cars but that’s the least of your problems because it will be a bloodbath FOR THE COUNTRY if he loses and that (lower car sales) will be the least of it. That is the context, he’s calling for/predicting a bloodbath across America BY HIS FOLLOWERS if (when) he loses the election, not predicting a bloodbath in the auto industry (like the one that happened his first term).
I know that’s clear to even you, you just can’t admit it or you think you’ll give the game away…but nobody is fooled. Plausible deniability requires plausibility.

Also- The Republican gubernatorial candidate in Missouri named Leon McLanahan admitted that he was a member of the KKK not long ago. McLanahan has described himself as a pro-white traditional Christian values candidate.
The RNC knew his past and his racist views when they made him their candidate.

But sure buddy, the MAGA party isn’t a racist cult. Just because Don embraced the most famous racist alive, ex Grand Dragon of the KKK David Duke, and never denounced him and voluntarily paid millions for intentionally redlining in his NY properties doesn’t mean he embraces racists and racism….oh wait.

As a bonus, the GOP reportedly has barely $9 million to run the entire 2024 election campaign season. Yes, Trump’s PACs have more, but they aren’t using a dime for campaigning, and won’t ever use a penny for anyone who isn’t named or related to Donald J Trump. They’re installing his daughter in law as the lead of the national party to ensure exactly that happens…and that’s why no one is donating to them. 😂

And…DOD and Rolling Stone reports both corroborated the stories about the pill mill at the Trump Whitehouse which has been described by multiple high ranking Trump officials as “awash in speed”, handing out Xanax, modafinil (speed given to pilots for extended combat missions), provagil, ambien, and many other controlled substances handed out by the bottle with no diagnosis or prescription, and shared freely among Trump’s whitehouse staff. The insanity, while still unforgivable, is becoming more understandable.

Considering its glowing reception so far, it would be a surprise if they don’t try to find a way to extend it. It’s a rare successful idea that isn’t repeated to death by Hollywood…this is already the second time around for this story (and it sounds like it’s much better than the first from what I’ve read).
It would be a shame to change countries…it’s a fictionalized but semi-historical drama, so the story can continue for centuries with barely any plot writing required, just dialog.

It's a miniseries according to IMDB. Maybe they will spin off with another country or something like China.

Gutfeld: This is a hot, steaming pile of crap

newtboy says...

😂😂😂😂
I guess you forgot you claimed you don’t watch cable or FOX at all bobby. Another lie you yourself proved false. Such a silly boy.
😂😂😂😂

Pew says only 40% of Republicans and 20% of democrats think homosexuality is “wrong” and should be discouraged, Bob….and that’s people still willing to say they’re republicans, a rapidly shrinking subset.
Gallup says under 30% overall agree with you.
Your claim “most Americans” agree with you is more made up bullshit, and I think you know it.
Not even most republicans do.
You are consistently on the wrong and unpopular (not always the same thing) side of every issue.

His category? Is there another non funny far right “comedian” that doesn’t make jokes, only vitriolic attacks bigots laugh at on tv? Not that I know of…it’s easy to be the highest rated far right “comedian” when you’re the only one. As the only hyper bigoted right wing late night talk show contrasting with at least 6 self competing talk shows (that don’t compete with him because they’re comedy shows, not a far right whine and bitch fest), if he didn’t have the “highest ratings” it would be disastrous. Bigots like to watch and be bigoted with other bigots. If you combine centrist (what you call leftist) talk shows ratings, he’s a sad little blip. He’s the only choice for the right, the right that’s so divorced from sanity they think hating homosexuals isn’t bigotry because they say homosexuality is wrong.
“But…he beat The Daily Show”….only after Trevor Noah retired and they have no host. Try again.

Higher ratings do not in any way contradict my statement, bob. He’s still a cold pile of shit you love to shovel into your empty head.

No hate!?! So, you’ve never watched him at all, not once for one second, because I have and he’s 100% hate. His “jokes” are nothing but snide insults. He’s never made a joke.

Have you ever mowed on Saturday, or had your kids mow? Ever eat shellfish? Ever wear a cotton poly blend? All 3 are just as sinful as homosexuality, and call for the same punishments. How much do you protest red lobster bob? How many times have you ransacked a tjmaxx? How often have you stoned your children to death for working on Saturday, the sabbath the commandments demand you remember and keep sacred (not Sunday, that’s the Christian sabbath, and there were no Christians when the 10 commandments were given).

No hate, he just hates gays….and blacks, immigrants, atheists, young people, Muslims, liberals, centrists, reporters, working women, truth, honesty, reality, etc….but no hate. 😂
He’s nothing but hate, xenophobic fear driven hate by insecure ignorami for insecure ignorami. He’s definitely your guy.

“Sinner side”. 😂 There it is. It’s about your bigoted interpretation of religious dogma that you think should be law, Christian sharia law. You have no clue what kind of backwards murderous Stone Age civilization that begets, do you? Hint, it makes Muslim sharia law look positively enlightened and permissive.
Religious nonsense is always the wrong side, listening to hypocritical zealots that themselves pick and choose what parts of their religion to follow and cudgel others with and what to ignore based on whatever is good for them at the time is the wrong side…or have you picketed schools for allowing blended fabrics or serving pork lunches? Why not, they’re grooming your children to sin. Have you lobbied to ban blended fabrics, shellfish, for a return of and enhancement of blue laws extending to every judeo-christian sabbath and with the biblically prescribed death penalty, just in case, etc? No, because you don’t really believe in the Bible, you only abuse it by trying to force your chosen “beliefs” on others.

Bob, you have never even glimpsed the “right” side, and you live on the wrong side looking away from the correct side while shouting insults behind you. Only you don’t see it. 🤦‍♂️

bobknight33 said:

Funny you are fooled again.
He has higher ratings in his category..

No hate just most american do not buy into the gay crap.

Again you are on wrong side or reality.

Sinner side is wrong side.

That's fucking *wild* the kid can already do that. Normally it takes at least one month to even hold their head up a little bit, this sort of extended looking around I'd not expect to see for at least 2-3 months. Little dude's got some ludicrous muscles for his age!

Nice of you to say. I’ll take “attack newt” any day.

I have a severe allergy to bullshit, so it’s mainly in my own self interest to shovel it out as much as possible….although I never dreamed it might become so much work. Some days I feel like Hercules tasked to clean King Augeas’ stables without the benefit of the strength to redirect rivers.

I would love to grab a pint with you and talk some shit, even though I don’t drink much. The same offer extends to you if you are ever in Northern California.

Hey, newt. I think this so often, but say it so rarely... thank you for your constant refuting of bullshit here. I often (internally) refer to you as The Sift's own attack-newt, and if you ever find yourself in Ireland I'd be honoured to get you a pint and talk shite with you for hours on end.

As you like to say over there, thank you for your service.

Oh snap!
Digital World Acquisition is about to fold, with Toth Senchal following shortly after.
Because Trump and his people can’t follow laws, they clearly and undeniably violated the clear pre-conditions for the merger….namely not colluding with each other before collecting investments, and not choosing a business to invest in before then either…and the sale was put on hold during the investigation into this fraud.
DWA’s charter requires them to either invest their money or return it within a few weeks from today unless 65% or more of investors vote to extend the timeframe. Multiple votes have failed, people want their money back.
The best part is, in a few weeks when they return whatever is left, it’s going to be pennies on the dollar. Investments were made at $90 to $116 per share, shares that are under $10 today and might be below $1 in two weeks.
That’s what happens to EVERYONE who invests in Trump. They lose their shirt….every time. These victims actually do better than most by getting back 1%-5% of their investments.
Another in an endless line of massive failures by Trump.

What was that you said about Trump being bright? The only way anyone could believe that is if you lived your entire life in the dark, then a sputtering weak candle looks bright.

Just for you- https://videosift.com/video/Republican-SEX-CRIMES

Edit: nothing to say? I know you watched it. Pretty sick party that accepts and protects them, isn’t it?

The Origin Story Of The South Park Theme Song

Biden Approval WTF

newtboy says...

Are you really that ignorant? (That’s a rhetorical question, I know you are)
1) watch Argo. There were multiple attempted rescues, starting within days of the revolution.
2) read about Reagan who made a secret, illegal deal with the terroristic Iranians to not release the hostages until after the election to hurt Carter’s chances, then he later sold them weapons in another illegal deal to pay for another secret illegal war with the Contras. If a Democrat did anything near that, he/she would be (rightly) shot as a traitor if not legally then by some nut job….when Cons do it the anti American crimes are ignored and cons celebrate the treason.
3) Also read about the year+ of negotiations by Carter that actually gained their freedom on Jan 20 81. Would have been much sooner without Republican interference. Carter was the one who initially “held” (seized) those $8 billion of Iranian funds, and stopped buying Iranian oil costing them billions more…all legally, unlike the sneaky, illegal, back room collusion with and payoffs to the terrorists Reagan tried, knowingly and intentionally extending the hostage crisis for his personal political gains. The “deal” wasn’t struck on Jan 20…the Iranians delayed the release at Reagan’s request in exchange for promises of special treatment from president Reagan.

Like Biden, Carter actually solved a problem created largely by Republicans despite Republicans doing their utmost to work against America. Gas prices dropped nearly 10% in the last month and continue to drop despite a massive shortage world wide thanks to Russia and Saudi Arabia. Republicans have fought against every effort to lower them, voting against all mitigation efforts in a unified “fuck your gas prices” block.
They even voted against a bill to force oil companies to stop price gouging because it would have dropped prices significantly the day it passed, also helping inflation significantly, and cons REALLY don’t want prices to drop under Biden, certainly not before November.
It’s just like when every Con just voted to protect and keep neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and violent extremists in the military and federal police forces because they don’t want their voters to lose their jobs. Keeping their power is far more important to them than helping the country, and their main methodology is to try to hurt the country then blame the president….odd since they excused the former president from any and all responsibility for his lack of leadership and absolute horrific disaster that was his last year in office, from 1 million dead to -3.5% GDP to millions unemployed to rising inflation to supply chain failures to disastrously ruining the reputation of our elections to dividing the country horrifically to actually trying to overthrow the elected government by force…all for his own personal gain….and you whine that Biden hasn’t fixed everything yet!?

Pretty dishonest for Republicans to do everything in their power to stop any attempted plans on inflation, gas prices, or hostile foreign powers, then blame the president they blocked from fixing the issues they caused. It’s not weak leadership, it’s an anti American party with veto power and a chip on their shoulders willing to hurt the entire nation rather than let Biden (and America) have a “win”.

Now…how did Trump handle it when foreign powers kidnapped and dismembered an American? He covered it up, made excuses, declared the Saudi prince innocent (and Trump was recorded laughing about how he “saved his ass” over that murder)….then his son in law was given a $2 billion payment for future services his company was completely incapable of supplying.

So let’s measure Trump….
Nice guy, no. Moral, no. Ethical, no. Honest, no. Smart, no. Loyal, no. Trustworthy, no.
Fickle to the utmost, yes. Weak leader, yes. Treasonous, yes. Dictatorial, yes. Narcissistic, yes. Criminal, yes. Anti-democracy, yes.
Most American deaths-yes. Worst unemployment, yes. Worst economy, yes. Most domestic terrorism, yes.
Worst president ever by far….unequivocally by every measure. He actually made idiotic GW look benign by comparison.

bobknight33 said:

Weak leader, yes

He failed to get out hostages. I believe 52+ week
He did tried and mission failed. Mission mishap - 6 dead
Finally on his last day, last hours negotiated agreement that included 8 billion bucks of held money.
This issue had a looming cloud over his presidency.

Like Joe Biden>
Failed to control inflation
Failed to do much about gas prices.

New York Nuclear PSA what to do in case of an attack

SFOGuy says...

I immediately wondered that; a low yield dirty bomb, at say, the UN on the Upper East Side would be a different EMP profile, I presume, from a higher yielded ship born bomb inside, say, a container which had cleared customs in Pakistan, and that would be different from a high altitude air burst, right? So, and the physics seems calculable if annoyingly in my past--you should be able to calculate a range of EMP from various yields?

The "Quora" answers are: a ground-based (ship based?) lower yield weapon has EMP effects of note to the 3 mile range.

An airburst would be a different issue. "Starfish Prime”. In this high altitude nuclear test, carried out in 1962, a 1.44 Mt warhead was detonated at a height of 400 km. Electrical damage, including burning out hundreds of street lamps was caused in Hawaii - about 1500 km from the point of detonation.

By contrast there was no direct blast damage at all at that range.

The maximal electric fields induced in the Starfish Prime EMP in Hawaii were estimated at 6 kV/m. At high latitudes the value could easily be ten times higher.

For electrical equipment to be damaged by an EMP from a nuclear detonation, the detonation point must be above the visual horizon.

A large yield weapon detonated 400 km above Kansas would have an EMP that extended across the entire continental US, but the ground intensity pattern of that EMP would be peaked towards the South of ground zero, it would not be symmetrical."

Sad that the article and @StukaFox both forgot the emp, that kills all electronics, making your car your tomb if it was made after 1980.
A car is only a decent shelter if it’s at the bottom of an underground parking structure that doesn’t collapse in the blast.
Cars are not escape vehicles in this scenario. There won’t be many erratic drivers, like the article claimed, because any car with a computer chip will be dead.

So, mr “wrong is wrong”… does that extend to Boebert, who was just notified by the FEC that she’s violated (more) campaign finance laws over 20 times this year by accepting personal donations over $2900? Just 15 years ago that would not only end a political career, but might end up sending the representative to prison…today it gets a stern letter and barely a mention by the media, but is no less illegal.
Let’s remember that she was with her husband when he exposed himself to two 14-15 year old girls, and tried to help him cover it up.
Let’s also remember she admitted she abused her travel funds massively, paying herself well over $20000 pretending (in writing) that she drove herself almost 40000 miles in 6 months for government business while serving in Washington, then changing her story and claiming a bunch of that reimbursement was for hotel stays she hadn’t reported (but any hotel over $200 is required to be listed, not doing so is also a crime).

So, the question is, should Boebert be barred from holding office for accepting these 20+ “bribes” and embezzlement? Let’s see if you can answer without deflection or projection..$5 says no.

Pete Buttigieg Perfectly Articulates Republican Behavior

luxintenebris says...

Less well known [than other paradoxes] is the paradox of tolerance: Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them.—In this formulation, I do not imply, for instance, that we should always suppress the utterance of intolerant philosophies; as long as we can counter them by rational argument and keep them in check by public opinion, suppression would certainly be most unwise. But we should claim the right to suppress them if necessary even by force; for it may easily turn out that they are not prepared to meet us on the level of rational argument, but begin by denouncing all argument; they may forbid their followers to listen to rational argument, because it is deceptive, and teach them to answer arguments by the use of their fists or pistols. We should therefore claim, in the name of tolerance, the right not to tolerate the intolerant. We should claim that any movement preaching intolerance places itself outside the law and we should consider incitement to intolerance and persecution as criminal, in the same way as we should consider incitement to murder, or to kidnapping, or to the revival of the slave trade, as criminal.
