Raid at Fulton Co. Jail: Drugs, shanks, phones, and more

newtboy says...

My take? Georgia state legislatures need to fund the courts and jails better, because jail isn’t supposed to be for long term inmates, definitely not long enough to set up sophisticated drone drops through windows they take weeks to melt holes in.
The Sheriff is at least cleaning house now. I wonder what it costs to raid a n entire jail…probably not in his monthly budget.
Sadly this isn’t news this is totally normal in US prisons due to over crowding, under staffing, underfunding, and corruption among staff. No other Western nation comes close to the per capita prisoners America has, nor do they have near the recidivism rate. It is quite sad that jails, often holding innocent citizens just awaiting court, are in the same boat, but no surprise.

Kamikazi Drone Hits Kamikazi Drone Factory 1200 km In Russia

newtboy says...

I understand the confusion, but as I understand it this “drone” was a single engine plane (172?) modified for use as a drone. I don’t know what kind of drone hit the refinery at the same time, but since it was in the same town 1200 km from Ukraine it’s likely they used the same civilian aircraft “drone” for that simultaneous attack.
The news about the battlefield drone advancement in the same clip did confuse the details about this extremely long range drone attack deep in Russia.

While I am supportive of Ukraine's efforts to curb Russia's weapons production, I'm a tad confused by this video.

Initially we see a single-prop 2 person aircraft with landing gear down crash into a building and an explosion ensues.

Later in the video we see a still of a winged drone as the video informs us that Ukraine have been improving their drone fleet, obviously a fraction of the size of the aircraft we see in the crash.

Any possibility that someone has taken footage of a plane crash and spun a yarn from it? Or is there another explanation why the aircraft featured at the start of this video is nothing like the drones Ukraine have been using against Russian ships and other targets?

Israeli Soldiers Use Food Aid As Trap To Murder Palestinians

newtboy says...

Israel has released highly edited drone footage that still contradicts their false narrative despite having the part where the shooting and running happens edited out. If it showed Palestinians killings themselves attacking food trucks like Israel has claimed caused ALL the deaths and injuries, does anyone really believe it wouldn’t be aired immediately?

Today they claim they only fired warning shots…but since when are “warning shots” fired into a crowd from tanks and drones?

This was a genocidal massacre by a nation that has shown itself to be worse than Nazi Germany. International condemnation is coming from everywhere but America. It’s disgusting, and may cost Biden the election.

Red Bull Party Run

At first I thought it was filmed by a skier as well, but once they got the bigger jumps I assumed it was actually a drone. Or just clever editing between multiple shots and not a single continuous shot. Either way, impressive result.

How about a quad thrust vectoring drone that can split to become 2, 3, or 4 on the fly?

fun test of technology but I wonder what use this would solve better than a quad copter (or more) regarding stability in high winds and carrying load. maybe going into really tight spaces?
