The problem with all of this is the employees are told to not physically stop thieves for liability purposes, so the alarms do little. I'm wondering why he was parked in a disabled parking space. He does say he has disabled veteran tags, but if he just graduated from the police academy, he's not disabled. Even with a disabled parking tag, it is still illegal to park in a disabled spot unless a disabled person is in the vehicle.
