San Antonio police gang members murder a young man on a bicycle for crossing the street.
They claim a confidential informant told them someone (no description, so nonsense, not a right to stop every person they choose) was robbing stores (no complaints from any stores, and the cyclist had no stolen items). They also claimed he had a gun, but he did not.
