Today’s MAGA election fraud news, Eastman’s emails show the fraudulent plan was to lose cases in Georgia, lose in the 11th circuit, and get Thomas to hear their fraudulent voter fraud cases and issue a stay before Jan 6 as a ploy to convince more Republicans to go along with the coup, reject the vote, and (clearly) to encourage the rioters.

They were certain, thanks to Eastman conspiring with his wife, that Thomas would go along with the plan. Somewhat astonishingly, he didn’t jump on it fast enough and the full court rejected the case….good thing they didn’t shop it to Comey or Kavenaugh.

Also, Trump and his lawyers clearly perjured themselves dozens of times in their silly filings and are facing charges in multiple courts.

Bonus- reports are an indictment is in the works because Sydney Powell organized and paid for the fake “raids” on a Georgia election office where election data was stolen by people given access by MAGA operatives (all on security video they thought was off) including some of the fake electors staged in DC as part of the failed Jan 6 coup. Others gained access to steal (and change?) raw election data by impersonating federal agents and threatening workers with arrest if they don’t hand over all data.

Wow, that’s enough today to cover the rest of the weeks daily MAGA fraud reports, see you next week.

Murdering Cops Murder Cyclist For Crossing The Street

newtboy says...

Thanks for being consistent if not sane or rational…consistently inconsistent.
You say that invariably when it’s a non white victim, but consistently defend the citizen if it’s a right wing white person violently attacking the cops like on Jan 6 or the Bundys….consistently inconsistent.

You consistently justify this hyper escalation to murder for any color except white MAGA color. When you guys murder cops, permanently disable cops, and try to overthrow democracy, you think there should be absolutely zero consequences. Not for stabbing them, beating them, pepper spraying them, trampling them, nothing is bad enough to require prosecution of your group, nothing minor enough that deadly force isn’t required for others. Consistently.

Again, we’ve seen hundreds of innocent victims and bystanders shot in the back, some while sleeping in their own homes, but there’s nothing you won’t excuse deadly force for….unless it’s against a Maggot. Recently police fired dozens of shots into a crowd of unsuspecting victims trying to shoot one man who was unaware of their presence and not fighting or being a danger to anyone, and they shot at least 5 innocent victims. Calling 100% bullshit on “ Don't fuck around with cops and you wont get shot.”, many many victims are shot not fucking around….just last week a kid was shot with a full clip for moving when a cop asked for his ID, a white kid in his parent’s car, not a car thief the cop just assumed he was. This is not abnormal, it happens almost daily. The ex-cop is facing attempted murder and a dozen more charges.

Jan 6 was heavily armed, with bombs, Molotov cocktails, tons of guns (from pistols to AKs, verified by secret service before the coup), knives, spears, gas, pepper spray, fire extinguishers, and literally truckloads more guns staged nearby, some of which was intercepted, the rest blocked from deployment by DC police. You really are intentionally ignorant as fuck, bob. This is proven public knowledge admitted to in court by Trump’s racist militias (proud boys etc).
It was poorly planned by MAGA morons who think themselves great tacticians but are really total incompetents…thank Jebus.

Jan 6 was an attack on democracy by the ex president in an effort to take control of America by force. It cannot be overhyped, and has not been.

Democrats want Trump to run in 24, because it would be a lock for Democrats across the board. He’s a loser, bigly, and would be a loser again. He has no independent votes, and no Bernie boy vote, and the Republican Party has shrunk significantly. Also, he’s clearly committed multiple crimes that invalidates him as a candidate, and will likely be in prison and court for the rest of his life….you can’t lead from solitary.

Trump is a bad joke, a feeble old con man that decimated America, destroyed the robust economy, deferred any infrastructure maintenance, is responsible for over 1 million American deaths by negligence, destroyed any faith in law or validity of the courts, and created a rift between Americans so wide that one party now includes dissolving the American Union as part of their official platform (your party). I know you would vote for him in 24….twice….and still lose….again.
Yes, I would absolutely would vote for Dank Brandon again if the choice is him vS Trump or a Trumpster which is any Republican left. I would much prefer Buttigieg given my druthers.

Now, let’s hear you answer @bcglorf, coward. Hypocrite. Liar. I know what you said for months after she was shot in self defense. I expect you will just slink away again and ignore your own blatant hypocrisy, like normal….but get ready to be asked again and again until you admit your racist hypocrisy.

bobknight33 said:

Sadly justified at any color. Don't fuck around with cops and you wont get shot.

If Jan 6 was truly an insurrection it was poorly planned and un armed.

Jan 6 is over hyped just to continue to jump on Trump hoping to not to run in 2024 or at least not have the votes.

Biden is a Joke, feeble old man.

Would you would vote for him in 2024?

I was 8 for Grease. I only saw it because I went to the movies with a neighbor (and her kids) and she decided we would sneak into grease after and watch it for free. I got in trouble (as if I had a choice).

By then I listened to (what at the time was considered) hard rock…KISS, AC/DC, DIO, Sabbath, Judas Priest, etc. my family liked Barry Manilow, John Denver, and Neil Diamond. The music wasn’t for me.

Greaser/bobbysoxer stuff never excited me either, I wouldn’t have seen it by choice.

Disco…I still like. I don’t care that it’s not popular, in fact that helps. Xanadu came out when I was 10….it also wasn’t my choice of movie, and probably wasn’t as good a movie overall I don’t remember, but I liked it better at 10.

How old were you? I was thirteen and the idea of "mainstream" i'm sure, was nowhere near my wheelhouse of thinking.

My memories of her are exclusively from Grease which i really enjoyed. I do know her her hits, but her music and pop in general never interested me. I had been indoctrinated in progressive rock by the older neighborhood kids by this time. It was always the movie for me, not at all her music.

What did he do to "overthrow" the Government?

You think 10,000 people walking the halls of DC could not be stopped?
How many were armed? 20 50 ?

yea that will do it.

Your reasoning is so skewed, it does not even begin to make sense.

Batting fouls and grounders suck But keep swinging the bat. you might even get a real hit.

Lol. Wouldn’t you like to know, since it’s correct 99.96% of the time. Lol. It would certainly do you well to read the same news I do, but I don’t think you’re capable of rationally determining fact from fiction so wouldn’t solve your problem.

It’s way more funny to me that you don’t know where my info comes from, especially since I tell you (apparently they don’t teach you how to look at listed reference material at the college you say you went to…because I list them often). Where you listen to one OAN idiots take and just believe it, I usually read 3-5 articles with different viewpoints and come to my own conclusions based on how well each relates to known facts. When I post the CNN version of a story for you, it’s because they keep it dumbed down enough for even you to understand, not because they’re the only source. (Also because I know it will trigger you into acting the fool)
🤦‍♂️

Why? Because he’s a lying treasonous traitor that tried to overthrow the American government by force and become a dictator in America. WTF?! Did you really ask “why” there’s an investigation!?
Also because so many cultists like yourself want to pretend 1) it was horrific and all ANTIFA and BLM, 2) it was just a normal day at the capitol with normal tourists and 3) it never actually happened ….so he can try again in 24, and with enough hiding the evidence, voter suppression, roll purging, triple voting, voter ID, removal of mail in voting and drop boxes in democratic areas (like Houston with 665 sq miles, 2.3 million residents, and now ONE drop box), and a complicit partisan court willing to invalidate millions of Democrats’ votes, maybe he could steal a “win”. It’s important to 1) know and 2) remind voters what he did to foment a coup against their country, and how he tried to defraud the nation and the election with his election fraud fraud that he knew from day one was a pure lie.

Why this two sided hearing with MAGA underrepresented? Because republicans didn’t want a non political third party investigation and blocked it, and didn’t want to be part of the bipartisan investigation so boycotted it. The real question is why don’t republicans want to know and don’t want anyone else to know the truth about 1/6? I think that’s obvious, because they are complicit in the failed coup.

Suppression of truth?! You mean by the Trumpists who refuse to testify, refuse to turn over public documents, and threaten witnesses to “be loyal” and keep quiet? I think that’s obvious too, they suppress the truth because the truth is they turned on their country and government to try to install their cult leader as dictator for life.

Anything and everything, by which you mean actually investigating an attack against America that cost lives….how quickly you forget Benghazi that was actually a number of one sided “investigations” (fuckery) trying to prove the predetermined conclusion that Clinton somehow was responsible for a foreign attack on an embassy…tens of millions wasted just trying to keep her from running in 16 (and I wish the totally 100% dishonest smear campaign was successful, because we would never have had Trump if he ran against Sanders). All that and still nothing on Clinton. Didn’t you promise the charges were coming any day….way back in 17 or 18?

This madman was a perfectly normal maggot. Gun crazed, immigrant hating, racist it appears, a violent nut job wrapped in a MAGA flag and Pepe shirt. That’s the MAGA base, not an outlier. I know you’ll hide from that fact and pretend he’s just a crazy nut job, but he’s perfectly normal for a Trumpist, you are all mad men, you all want to murder liberals, he just had the balls (and insanity) to go through with what most of you fantasize about daily.

$2.5 million so far on Jan 6. Not $40-60 million, but that would still be worth it. Safeguarding democracy is cheap at that price. Plenty of importance has come to light, but I wouldn’t expect you to know or acknowledge that, you are certainly remaining willfully ignorant of what’s come to light just like mr mushroom tip told you to do, and no one knows what the closed door testimony was yet besides the DOJ.
It cost near $500000000 to safeguard DC in the months after Jan 6…$2.5 million is literally 1/2 of 1% of one cost of Jan 6.

So let’s talk Benghazi, just one report of 13 cost taxpayers $7 million. So far, the Republicans have wasted $22 million on Benghazi, and $100 million total on investigating Clinton with no charges and no revelations of import, and no infractions Trump didn’t repeat.

Right. A concerted effort to perform a violent coup coupled with a second concerted effort to defraud the election using fake electors with forged documentation and a lie about election fraud is, to you, nothing of importance.
Sorry, I find democracy important.
Sorry, I find the constitution to be important.
Sorry, I find treasonous sedition against the union to be important.
I think prosecuting 874 seditious traitors to America and the constitution is important, and i think uncovering who the other appropriately 1100 more are is important.
I think knowing Trump knew his fraudulent voter fraud scheme was illegal before it started is important (since he was declared too stupid to know working with Russia to discredit Clinton was illegal in the past).
I think knowing the voter fraud theory came from something a drunken Giuliani found on Facebook or Twitter with no evidence, before the votes were counted, was important.
I think uncovering the begging for pardons by senators and representatives that planned the coup is important (it’s an admission of guilt and of knowledge of a crime).
I think a Supreme Court judge’s involvement in the coup is important.
That’s barely scratching the surface of important evidence that’s come to light so far.

This….this is why we say you are probably a Russian. You act like defending democracy and the American government are nothing important and nobody cares. No American would think that, but it is true that you SAYING something doesn’t mean you actually think it’s true.

how much has been spent on investigation Trump ? 40 ---- 60 Million and still nothing of importance has come to light.

Uh oh. Now the bank and tax fraud surrounding the Trumps acquiring the lease for the DC hotel are under investigation. This time Ivanka is going down with Daddy, because she overvalued properties used to secure the loan bu 3 times, claiming things like her apartment with a for sale price of $8.5 million was worth 25 million, etc.
nothing new, just more Trump fraud, more Trump theft from America, banks, and the public.

This is you pick. This is you guy? Only makes sense if you’re an anti American Russian troll trying to damage America as much as possible.

Edit: D’oh! Pence’s lawyer, present at many meetings in the whitehouse discussing the coup plans, testified for over 9 hours to the Jan 6 commission. He has direct personal knowledge of exactly what the president’s involvement before, during, and after the attack against America for Trump was, and apparently has no qualms about talking about it. He didn’t plead the fifth like all Trump’s lackeys (which Trump says is proof of guilt except when he does it), he didn’t fight subpoenas (which Trump has said is proof of guilt….when it wasn’t him). He testified, with members coming out of the session calling him a patriot who cares about America, unlike many others they’ve subpoenaed and interrogated. A man who put country before a person. Not good for Tangerine Palpatine.

Delay tactics are failing, obstruction is failing, destruction of evidence is failing, hiding the forging of fraudulent certifications for fraudulent electors failed, hiding and denying direct Republican Party involvement has failed, denying individual involvement has failed, denial of the event has failed, abusing expired privileges to hide evidence has failed, whining and crying like spoiled children has failed, threatening prosecutors has failed. Whole lotta fail going on over there.

The leader of the Oath Keepers and some cohorts were arrested recently, charged with seditious conspiracy.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384

The encrypted texts they sent have been decrypted and prove they planned the Jan 6 attack, from numerous people smuggling guns into DC to arm their cohorts (some who were caught in the act) to preplanning the armed forced entry to the capitol with the intent to disrupt congressional business.

Let's talk about altering the Supreme Court....

newtboy says...

Unpack the court, it’s packed with unqualified fraudulent unscrupulous appointments now.

Democrats hold control now, and can make the court have as many seats as they like. Shitty, but those are the rules…rules they should change as soon as they take advantage of them. Not unconstitutional. No whining like you normally do….like you are now….crybaby.

Not holding a hearing when the constitution says they “shall”, not they “may choose not to until their party makes the nomination”, is unconstitutional and not following the “rules”, on top of being hypocritical, unethical, and immoral. He wasn’t denied the position by vote, like Bork, he was denied the constitutionally required hearing and vote he was constitutionally guaranteed.

Left of center, yes, but centrists. You clearly don’t know what that means. Holy shit.
Rabid leftists? far from it. You can’t say the same for the right leaners, they are extremist far right wing activist judges, out of touch with the majority of the country and the law. One is a blatant unapologetic rapist, another a dishonest religious zealot with no judicial experience.
I didn’t expect a respected serious jurist like RGB, but didn’t expect people less respectable and less serious than ODB.

I overstate! LMFAHS!! Hilarious coming from the bombastic liar completely divorced from reality that overstates everything that he doesn’t just completely make up.
If overstating everything, desperate to prove himself at every instance makes one a miserable poser and a child looking for approval, why are you so in love with and a zealous follower of a desperate miserable poser child begging for approval, namely Trump?
🤦‍♂️

I must have hit a real nerve to get you this triggered, Snowflake. Whine like a spoiled little girl some more, bobby. Your Trumpist tears are delicious….and your broken English blather makes an entertaining, if fact free, read.

Edit: more good news for ya….the DC appellate court just ruled unanimously that Trump has no say in the release of White House documents surrounding Jan 6 (or any others). The unanimous ruling makes it unlikely the Supreme Court will even consider it. We’re going to see what he’s so terrified will come to light, his complicity in the attempted coup, and exactly what he expected to come from it. Hint, it’s not what he’s been telling you.
Oh, and it sounds like there may be more obstruction of justice investigations since Trump admitted he fired Comey to derail the investigation, and if he hadn’t he would have been convicted and removed from office. His words. Not smart to admit on the air.
Aaaaaand, the full, unedited by Barr, Mueller report may be released soon. The one the investigators wrote before the one they released, including all their findings that Barr apparently refused to accept, allegedly containing lots of never before released findings, charges, evidence, and information. A FOIA request prompted the DOJ to begin vetting it for classified info, should be ready mid February. Not good for a Trump comeback, or Republican mid terms. D’oh! Don’t cry….don’t cry.

bobknight33 said:

You bitch like a little girl.

Republicans had control and Garlend was denied. Those are the rules, as shitty as they are.

Shitty but not un Constitutional.

Sotomayor and Kagan are centrist in your eyes but left of center in everyone else eyes.

Kavenaugh and Barrett are conservatives. You hoped for an RGB?

The left held the majority for quite a while and now doesn't.

We all know you over state everything trying to be some beacon of knowledge light.

Sounds like there was no appeal, Trump’s insurrection records due to be released tomorrow. Courts are closed today, so there’s no chance of another frivolous delay. Get ready to have Trump’s treason shoved in your face for the next few years, if not forever. You know what’s in there is just horrific. That’s why he’s fighting tooth and nail to hide his unofficial personal/campaign actions surrounding his failed coup attempt.

Edit: nope, today he begged for a stay from the (closed) appellate court. It’s possible they’ll grant one, but unlikely since he has no new argument, and it’s settled law that he doesn’t have any right to claim executive privilege because he’s not the executive. At midnight in DC, the point is moot, don’t be surprised if the documents are handed over by 12:01 am.

Loss after loss after loss. Not a good time to be a Trumpzi. (Trumpist Nazi). I’m thinking he might be regretting reinstating the firing squad. On the plus side, he’s going to get the best ratings of his life if they televise it.

Are you aware that most Republicans in DC are now legally barred from running for office under the constitution?

14th amendment clause 3- No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Now you understand why all Republicans voted against investigating The Jan 6 insurrection, the rebellion against the election. Sadly for them, that act is giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the state, so now they don’t even have to be implicated directly, their vote to not investigate invalidates them as candidates. Expect this to come up against Green next year.

Uh oh….the FEC, the election regulatory agency that Trump intentionally under staffed to the point that it couldn’t start an investigation much less conduct one has now been ordered to investigate the Trump campaign and the NRA that used shell companies to give Trump $25 million in 2016, a massive campaign donation limit violation, and used those shell companies to coordinate with the Trump campaign (and many other Republicans). Apparently this case was submitted to them years ago, but they didn’t have the legally required number of appointees to operate, and the few they had were Trump appointees not interested in investigating any charges against Republicans with a backlog of over 450 cases…so the FEC did nothing. Now they have been ordered by a judge to start the investigation in 30 days. Not going to go well for your people, they all played fast and loose under Trump, and there’s a new sheriff in town now.

Derp….this is the Republican led Arizona state senate, not DC. It’s not a choice, he was subpoenaed. It’s a jailable offense to ignore a subpoena. He should have shown up and plead the fifth, like most criminals do….or plead ignorance of literally everything he’s asked like Trump, who couldn’t answer a single question about his businesses or business dealings.

Odd, when it’s a Democrat, like say Clinton, you say they have a total obligation to testify under oath before a pure partisan Republican committee without being subpoenaed and any hint they won’t is a total admission of guilt….but if it’s a Republican they should ignore subpoenas and never testify under any circumstance, even subpoenas from other Republicans, even from the senate that hired them, and never ever submit to any examination of their methods or blatant biases, mistakes, grift, and failures doing the job the state hired them to do….and threaten anyone who considers testifying, and their families.

Why? The real audits already verified everything for non conspiracy nut jobs. Why spend $12 million a pop to replicate a horrendous, unprofessional, unofficial, idiot filled, false leak generator except to continue the big lie in moron’s heads and steal more of their money?

Prove it. It’s the figures the state senate produced, $6 million paid to cyber ninjas($1 million by the state, $5 million by groups trying to invalidate a valid election for political purposes). $3 million in invalidated voting machines, another $3 million in other related machinery and computers they invalidated. There are certainly other costs not included, so yes, it is misleading, the true full cost is higher.

Typical knee jerk reactionary refusal to accept facts you don’t like without even the slightest interest as to their veracity…..or so you understand, typical of you to cry fake news because truth and fact makes Bobby cry hurt.

Hmmmm....now why, do you think, the CEO of Cyber Ninjas is refusing to speak to the house oversight and reform committee about his "audit"?

Could it be he has something to hide? He took $6 million to do his little vote review, and destroyed $6 million more in county equipment in the process, but feels no obligation to explain what they did for that money. I just can't imagine why, can you? Certainly not because it was just a sham, a scheme to defraud people of their money while publicly fostering doubt in our election system for political purposes. Couldn't be.

Oh wait, that's exactly why he's refusing to testify, and likely going on the run soon.
