Maybe. But then if your German parents settle permanently in Mexico you would be Mexican - but of German heritage. Ethnicity, race and national identity = very confusing and complex.

Is "Japanese" a race? There are indigenous Ainu people who got there before the main contingent of the Japanese population and Koreans who have lived in Japan for generations.

I think it depends on your parents permanent home address. If you happen to be born while your parents are vacationing in Mexico, you are whatever nationality your parents are. Right?

Thats tricky, because the parents are dual citizens, if that is the german parents did not wade across the ocean and hop a fence into mexico and forge documents.

if your parents are born in deutschland and have dual citizenship, what are yee ? a mexicaherman or a germexican can one pick and choose ? how is such a thing decided ?

We've done more in Libya in two days than we did in Rwanda for two months. More than 800,000 people were slaughtered during their civil war while the world watched. I prefer not to repeat that mistake and - since Belgium doesn't have dibs on Libya - we can.

So to follow your logic.... if it is proved scientifically that being gay is not a choice, but is biologically inherent to the organism, you would treat their inability to have a child "normally" like an other infertile heterosexual couple?

Yes I did, I'm averse to using the surrogate route to garner sympathy because it's biological.

They can't have it both ways... they made their lifestyle choice. Now they should live with it. If it's a man who fathers a child and then before bi/homosexual it's different. The kid has a mother and can rely on that psychological comfort.
