"It recalled 8,208 of its 2014 cars on May 7, for example, because they might have rear brakes on the front wheels."

Yeah, they have similar ones for Jeepers. They'll even paint them to match your Jeep and you can switch out the axle and wheels to match your Jeep (which means it can help fix a broken axle.)

Axl hasn't changed a bit

I didn't know axl rose has done such act before the guns!!

Mustangs have live axles. The right wheel is on the ground, the left is still on top of the dyno. The rear roller of the dyno --what the right wheel WAS sitting on, and the left wheel sorta still is-- is sticking straight out the back.

Destroyed dyno, probably not much damage to the Mustang.

Upvote for the rear roller still spinning 30 seconds after meltdown...

Most likely the lower control arm. Axles are a bit stronger than the control arms...

Looks like the left rear suspension or axle went 'bye bye' as well.

I put enough concrete in a Saturn wagon once to make the rear axle look like a "U"

He definitely has the range and the voice, but it's hitting the wrong notes, and he's not gauging it right. It's not like he's Axl Rose who's lost his raspiness, Axl is hitting the right notes (albeit like a schoolboy falsetto).
Not entirely unlikely for Meat Loaf; his age makes him likely to lose his hearing. Add to that being a musician surrounded by loud music: very likely. He's putting in the energy, but doesn't have that feedback loop that those belted out vocals are missing the mark. He may as well be covering his ears and screaming. Which is kind of what it sounds like.

I suppose it could be...but it hurts to see one of the best voices of our (my, anyway) lifetimes lose it. How long ago was Bat Out of Hell 3 recorded...because he was nothing short of perfect for that one. That's a lot of damage to show up in 6 short years.

This is so.. So sad. I like the Meatloaf-that-was.

Like a lot of these types of videos, I want them to be true.
However, my brain immediately starts screaming the there is something wrong here. And yes, the first thought I had was how precise those pieces of cardboard needed to be, mainly because of weight. also how hitting the center for the axle had to be absolutely precise to guarantee balance. (Precision I don't think you can get from cardboard.)

As far as the wight of lifting each of those flaps back up, I wouldn't think that the swinging flap would have enough energy to keep it going. Visually I see it happening in the video but I immediately question it. Again I want it to be true - think of the possibilities - but the skeptic in me tells me something else is at play here, even if I can't see it.

Hi, don't know if you're satisfied about this video yet but;

If you accept purely gravitational motion, then the kinetic energy gained from lowering any individual card segment must be paid back in full when you raise it back up on the other side. Now factor in resistances (the pen cartridge axle, air resistance, and it's making noise which is a form of energy) and you quickly realise that for the whole thing to spin there must be an external application of energy.

Even consider how accurately he would have had to cut all those cardboard pieces to make them the exact same weight so that heavier ones didn't cause the contraption to slow. I can attest that i've made these types of things as a kid, as soon as you start building one you start to feel why it can't work; you can kinda feel the principle of conservation of energy yourself.

I see no fan in the one direction they show and his body blocks it from any wind on the other side while he is filming so..
