Under APPLY.EXE there is a fun form. Notice the blinking letters, I think they spell something. And the flashing ascii art.

It is mostly cg. There are plenty of programs out there that convert video to ascii that also allow you to substitute a set of pixels with an image. You just set a group of images from "lightest" to "darkest" and then run the video through the filter. Heck, even the close-ups could be done this way, as the images can be as detailed as you want.

and....
"<B>&amp;#0189;</B>" is same as the alt+0189 (charmap stuff) ==> ½ ½ (indeed it is)

Haven't you read the explanation of this??! This is such a non-story. It is based on notepad examining the first unicode characters to determine encoding. Any ascii characters in the correct format will fo the same thing.

you can get shortcuts for any ASCII character by going Start > Run... "charmap"

though if you're going to do that, you may want to add a "bjork" tag on the tagline (without the umlaut diacritic) in order to make it searchable.
