The study actually only showed higher formaldehyde when the vaporizer was run dry, meaning the coil wasn't vaporizing liquid but burning the liquid, wick and coil. Nobody would ever inhale that because it would taste horrible. The actual conclusion of the study showed fewer harmful chemicals in ecigarette vapor than cigarette smoke.

As far as teens using ecigarettes at a higher rate, the only available studies show teenage smoking rates dropping by about the same amount as the adoption of ecigarettes. There's no evidence of a net increase in nicotine use among teenagers. Instead, some teens that would have smoked are using ecigarettes.

Rock music is corrupting kids, comic books are teaching children bad morals, pinball leads to juvenile delinquency, video games make kids violent and ecigarettes are turning teens into addicts. Great headlines, zero facts.

I'm jealous, I want to go play there. Too bad they don't have Banzai Run, a great old school game with a second vertical playfield in the back glass.

I did too, so I bought a 'Black Knight' years back, one of the first talking pinball games.
It's also a great reason for a trip to Portland, there's an arcade there with room after room of 80's video games and pinballs.

For those wanting a home pinball machine, Stern Pinball announced at this years CES one for the home market:

Summer of '84, I lived just down the way from arcade, replete with stand-up machines, cocktail models, jukebox, etc., but the best part was they had an entire wall of pinball machines which ran the length of the establishment. Most of them were old models, which still used roll counters; they only had a handful of newer models. One of which was Firepower by Williams. Fell in love with that game and it's still on my list as a "get" item when I win the lottery.
