I'd forgotten just how intrusive laugh tracks were back then... and how slow things went.
Yeah, it's hard to imagine that the laugh tracks were once worse than they are now. Still, Night Court always felt a bit like a stage production to me - just a few sets, small cast, etc. The laugh track almost, ...almost, fits.

Thank you so much for the quality. I'm glad you liked the vid.
Taxi had an incredible cast. Judd Hirsch, Danny DeVito, Carol, Kane, Andy Kaufman,...
While I haven't been much for Network TV for decades, this show, Night Court, Northern Exposure, ...there have been a few that were just too funny.
Good luck to you and thank you again.

Hahahahha, I have never seen this show and this makes me want to watch all the old episodes involving Jim. *quality humor from Christopher Lloyd
Yeah well I ended up watching a whole bunch of episodes on youtube. Jim is definitely my favorite character.

Fallout 3 Collector's Edition announced (Videogames Talk Post)
Oh man, I can't wait. I already pre-ordered my collector's edition even though I'll be in basic training when it releases. The first two games are in my top 10 favorite games of all time. The 2nd part is my #1 favorite game ever. You won't NEED to have played them to get into the 3rd though.
Part 3 is a radical departure from the series, going from 3rd person isometric turn-based combat to a real time Oblivion style with Baldur's Gate-esque pausing for tactical decision making. If you want to understand a bit more of the backstory with the Brotherhood of Steel and the super-mutants, etc. then I would recommend playing at least part 2. Part 1 is excellent as well, but the graphics are a tiny bit worse, although it does have a character voiced by Richard Dean Anderson! Then again part 2 has Bull from Night Court!
So, yes, definitely play Fallout 2 if at all possible, especially if you are really into old-school RPGs.
Night Court theme song
What do you mean, shame about the show itself? Night Court wasn't Shakespeare but it was good at what it did. I think it's an underappreciated sitcom. The blatant absurdity of the writing can be seen now in 30 Rock.

Al Murray vs America
