Romney Sings Concession !!!

vaire2ube says...

i love how Idaho and Wyoming really like Mitt Romney almost as much as Utah... aren't there skinheads in idaho...dont mormons not like black people...and wyoming, shrug, must have a lot of white people living in rural areas.

these are the reasons they vote, not for the country, but for their own ignorance to live on... too bad, so sad, guess you can die alone now. EIA

George W. Bush Comedy Flashback

bobknight33 says...

I Don't think so.

Obama and the Democrats had full control and had the ability to pass every thing they wanted. They squandered their time and accomplished very little.
The failure is on Obama and the Democrats.

Obama is running again on the same platform as he did last time.

Weve-Heard-It-All-Before..

Obama is an utter failure and Jimmy Carter can die in peace knowing that there was one worse then him.

I don't think so. Obama is so bad that he makes Jimmy Carter look good.
>> ^charliem:
Still the worst president ever.

Perhaps things would be infinitely better had he not faced the concerted effort to thwart his every move in an attempt to insure his failure these past four years.

Snowboarder Survives Avalanche by Floating on an Airbag

I know these devises work and are excellent.
however in this case I think its highly unlikely she would have been seriously hurt /substaintaily berried without the bag.
The snow didn't have much of a chance to brake up and envelop here and was mostly large chunks rolling down the hill side , not giving much of an opertunity for the bag to really function.
obviously someone can die stuck under just a small amount of snow , There are far far more impressive demonstrations of the technology actually working with dummies falling down huge mountines in massive avalanches.

Do you have a link to one of those demos?

Inside "Game of Thrones" (HBO)

Yogi says...

I figured out why I don't like this series (I love it actually but one thing I just fucking hate).

*SPOILERS* The Ned Stark murder people argue that it makes the show interesting "Oooo now anyone can die isn't that different than any other show? Doesn't that raise the tension?" The answers to those questions are YES it is different than any other show...but no it doesn't raise the tension. To me if you say everyone can die that means that I'm just waiting for when. It's like before I was in a room where I know various deadly traps exist but I can't see them. With the execution now there is a nuclear weapon just above the room waiting to drop. There's no tension for me because I know I'm screwed. Also building tension for seemingly unkillable contracted TV stars is a skill, one that some people (Joss Whedon) can master and well this show didn't even try. Just fuck it, they're all able to die it's just like real life. Don't like real life, I want a TV show instead I've been given a horror movie where nothing is fun it's only inevitable. *SPOILERS*

Yeah no one agrees with me...I don't care.

SHIT! Veterinarian Pulls Tons Out Of Incision In Cow's Gut

ReverendTed says...

"Ok, cow. I'ma cut ya open, stick my hand in there and pull out whatever I can get ahold of. Then I'm gonna wring that gunk out and pour your juices back in with a funnel. You're welcome."

Knowing how easily humans can die from a minor post-surgical infection, it's pretty incredible, although I'd trust a follow-up video more than an offhand "we'll put her on antibiotics and she'll be fine."

Tommy Chong Confronts "War on Drugs" Profiteer

BoneRemake says...

>> ^GeeSussFreeK:

WTF, potent marijuana? WTH does that even mean? It isn't a fucken chemical, its a fucken plant, idiot.

It means the Ratio of Psychoactive components to plant matter are higher now than they where fifty years ago, which is very much true for a lot of strains. This has been done by breeders through different methods combining different strains and only using the ones that held the result you where looking for.

The potency argument is idiotic because you do not smoke cannabis until you cannot function you smoke it to get the desired effect on the body and stop. So what this means is that your Cannabis will last longer and you inherently smoke less at a time because you are getting a bigger bang for your buck. Smoke the same amount of Mexican ditch weed and a higher potent "sour diesel" strain or the like, and you may "green out " ( as some people who smoke too much puke/get sick) but you will not die.

On the other hand, drink 355 ml of grain alcohol in one shot, as compared to a 355 ml beer and you could die of alcohol poisoning. The potency angle is just completely fallible.

Or where you being facetious ?

Edit- Tobacco leaf is just a plant as well but you can die from handling that with just your bare hands, as well Cannabis' main ingredients are chemicals, just as Nicotine is and pretty well everything else thats mind altering. Just because its a plant does not mean the chemicals it produces can not harm you.

Man Cured Of HIV By Stem Cell Treatment

GeeSussFreeK says...

>> ^TheGenk:

We all know that that didn't cure him. What cured him was accepting jesus christ as his savior.
</sarcasm>
But what this shows is that one day we will be able to take the genes for HIV-resistance and insert them into your stemcells or stemcells being transplanted to you(or any resistances we find or would be nice to have).

You also wiped out the existing white blood cells with chemo, which makes this a special case of was it the stem cells alone, or was the chemo needed as well. Chemo therapy has high risks as well, you can die from a simple infection in this depressed imuno-state. Like the lady said, it was more a proof of concept than a solution in itself.

US Plutocracy - Rep. Gohmert: End All Corporate Taxes

dystopianfuturetoday says...

Thanks for the response. >> ^quantumushroom:

The short answer: corporations create services and products I want, and create jobs. Left-wing leviathan governments don't.
How do you sit in a chair in front of a computer at a desk, smartphone in pocket, wearing clothing, food in the refrigerator, car on the driveway, and completely ignore the obvious: unless you're Amish, all of it was made by corporations.
There's 2 TRILLION dollars in private wealth that's not being invested or spent, because people do not trust the marxist idiot to properly tie his shoes, much less "run" an economy.
Corporations can die off; tax-wise they can only shield themselves so much, but from getting away with sh!tty products and poor service? Not for long.
Your precious Big Government never dies or goes away no matter how wasteful, stupid and wrong its policies are; that's why its power is limited by the Constitution.
Why do you beg for Big Government to save you? You're its plankton.
>> ^dystopianfuturetoday:
How have corporations convinced you to fight this fight for them?
>> ^quantumushroom:
The US has the 2nd highest corporate tax rate in the world. Japan has the highest and it's cutting it incrementally from 40% to 20%.
Sooner or later, socialism always fails. Learn the lesson.
