Fail Compilation - August 2010
>> ^entr0py:
>> ^Unsung_Hero:
It might just be me but... I think skateboarders, BMX Bikers and any extreme sport where they have to push the boundaries shouldn't be considered a "Fail" Their are just trying out bigger and better new tricks. To me a "Fail" is when people are attempting stupid ideas that don't pan out well, an easy task backfires, or when something bizarre happens out of the ordinary.
How about fail for not one of them wearing a helmet while doing something guaranteed to eventually result in head injury? Or just for doing pointlessly dangerous shit in the first place.
Haha, I agree with the lack of helmet being worn should be a Fail!

Hrmmmmm. Your Bio tells me you like to ride two wheeled objects. Other wise, one would not post such objective evaluations. Personally I dislike seeing grown adolescents on bmX bikes made for ten year olds, with the seat all the way down.
fucktards.
I went over my handlebars today.
hurruh. first of the season.
Epic BMX Pool Jump
weird...a search for 'bike pool' revealed the dupe, but not this video, despite both those terms being in the tags for both videos

Elegant Forkless Bicycle
This made me think of back when I was in 2nd grade. I don't know why, but we had a test where we had to name three parts of a bicycle. I had gotten a BMX bike for my birthday earlier that year, and I had to have the fork replaced because I'm rough on shit like that. With that fresh on my mind I put fork as one of the parts on the test, and the bitch counted the answer wrong.
I hated my 2nd grade teacher. I'm not the kind of person who holds a grudge and I don't let things get to me, but for some reason I'm still bitter about this teacher. If she's even still alive and I ran into her on the street, I'd probably punch her in the face.
Tremendous Kite Surfing... Wow...
I was more impressed with his air-time than any implied sport or successful landings.
I have a personal obsession with flight and/or weightlessness, and if watching someone else do some pretty insane jumps allows me to live vicariously through your antics of weightlessness and defiance of gravity (It's the Law!), then more power to you.
I get the same feeling from watching astronauts, skateboarders on halfpipes, bmx jumps, motocross jumps, watching planes/helis take off/land, watching monster trucks leap over stacks of junked cars, watching parkour, gymnastics, etc.
And with such an extensive, readily available list from which to pull examples, I can't be the only one that feels this way.
It's all about the air-time man... the air-time...
The landing is just a crafty way of avoiding injury after the fun stuff is over.

Eurofighter Typhoon almost crashes
Check out this older sift http://www.videosift.com/video/Amazing-aerobatics-by-Russian-fighter-jet Its more than just ground effect. Ever since the SU-27, this has been an unspoken benchmark for fighter jet manouverability. Its sorta like bmx freestyle for jets.
Hitler Trick Bike!
