Nothing is wrong with downvoting videos. If you watch a video and dislike it, you have every right to downvote it. However, downvoting sprees where someone targets another individual on the site and downvotes all of his or her videos is largely frowned upon.

Sorry. Sometimes when we discuss things in the Sift Talk area, we forget there are others not so familiar with our "family drama" and we fail to explain things fully. I hope that helped to explain things a bit better.
