I was going to address this in my video comment but it would've gotten too long-winded.

"Clear thinking" is not always what we want. Sometimes the facts would hinder our ability to be motivated or to act in our best self-interest. Like ancient berserkers (visual aid to the right)--if they were thinking clearly they wouldn't be able to fight as well as they did. They would accept the inevitability of their death against unfavorable odds. Instead, with a little "magical thinking," they had access to all the ability their brain and body could muster.

I think religion, spirituality, and magical thinking make up the language that the conscious mind uses to address the subconscious (and maybe more, but that's a different debate).

He feigns that he's not very book smart.. like in the Phantom Menace review he starts making references to the Cuban missile crisis and ends up saying, "Oh I don't know.. maybe you've heard of it... a little something called WORLD WAR 1?!!" (which had me rolling out of my seat almost).

The instant freeze gag caused me to double take too, then I remembered he was in character. This guy's awesome.

Plenty of people seemed to think it was interesting enough to watch the whole way through, but not interesting enough to upvote, from when I was watching. grr arrg. Well, just as long as it at least gets out of your pqueue this time

Thank you. It's a very generous way of advertising a movie, filming an entire independent scene as a teaser. Also the guy's lines at the end are chilling. Hope it catches some people's interests. I'm definitely intrigued.
