This is what welfare looks like coming from the right wing side. This is all the result of the 'jobs programs' that are military 'defense' programs, making military equipment the military doesn't want, then it's sold/given to cops, and big surprise, they start acting like the military. Write your congressmen and tell them to stop these programs that are anti-American in their results.
When the police are militarized, they become a military unit, and it's supposed to be illegal to use the military against citizens.
