What's with the flak towers? To do with MoH:Airborne I presume, his claim that the Germans didn't have any?

I love the fact that he found and used the box art for Hero Quest. Too bad I could never find a soul to play that game with me when I was a kid. Then again, we were too busy playing Zelda and Zelda II, and the Shining Force games.

Leave it to video games to teach us history!
I actually didn't know/never heard of the Flak Towers until I saw a preview of MOH Airborne. Enter my Google-fu and I learned about them. They aren't exactly things that history teachers focus on, for some reason. I'm on awe of the awesomeness of them. The superior engineering, armor, and sheer mass of the things.

And a game set in feudal Japan sounds pretty fun.

flechette I'm very sorry for you, I was lucky enough to play it many times.

but I've never been able to play any of the expansions. I had all of them, or almost all, but everyone was so excited about them that noone wanted to do the master, so we never played them -.-
