This is crazy dangerous.
Those are all high speed brush-less motors with what looks like carbon fiber props, but could be glass fiber props with Lipo motors. Those props can and do break under stress. I wouldn't fly in that thing without some level of protection between me and those swinging blades. At that speed they could do some very serious damage. Given the close proximity from one to the other it one goes, looks like 2-3 more would go too. Ouch.
Then there's the lipo batteries. I'd hate to see a set of those things pop while you're in the air. Better have made sure he got them from a reliable source.
