Wasps have a good memory for a face.

I think they recognize human faces too .. I swear they seem to hunt me down.

Big deal. I remember every wasp that's ever interacted with me, too.

Are they sure it is "face recognition"? It was never mentioned by the narrator, and it seems more likely that they would remember the other wasps' odors rather than their faces.

^yeah, somehow I highly doubt they have the ability to 'REMEMBER' detailed facial/geometric features and use it to identify varying individuals.

Has to be pheromones.
