What a classic movie. Haven't watched it in years, might have to give it a rent. Rumor is that Spielberg was the real director.

What spooked me most when I first saw this movie wasn't the corpses, or the monsters, or even the maggots in the steak, but it was the kitchen scene with the chairs. I probably would've just ran out screaming after just that! (wimpy I know!)

The scary part was the house, mouth in wall, etc. The house reminded me of my house. Ack.

To this day I never go to bed with a clown doll sitting in a chair at the end of my bed.
