Ooo, aahh, yeah. What's so exciting about a graphical user interface, bit-mapped display, large type, or cut-copy-paste-undo?
Nothing, unless you didn't work at Xerox-Parc, or had to use a copy machine to enlarge type and used scissors and glue stick to create documents. Then it would be, and was, a highly liberating tool. Imagine the possibilities!

Wow, the crowd seems ready to storm the stage. I was in college at the time and remember having to go the behemoth computer in the library basement, with punch cards as media. We've come along way, baby!
