I'm not sure if these kids are from New Mexico or just don't understand how plows operate, but they don't seem to be the brightest bunch of future leaders. I'm just saying from living in MN/ND I understand that plowing snow (by hand or truck) works best with a little momentum...so get out of the damn way. And to throw snowballs/chunks? That's crap. The driver has a job to do so that people can actually drive down the street. I am surprised the driver went down the street with so many kids so close though.
