Good interview by Sir David with Julian Assange

Remember a few short years ago when Bush's crew was saying the same thing about AlJazeera as Obama's boys are now saying about Wikileaks. Amazing how things change.

Nice interview Mr Frost. Way to go AlJazeera!

Bush not only said some things but kicked AlJazeera out of Iraq before and during the Iraqi elections.

Nice interview..
This whole smear campaign sounds like it came from the Will Smith Movie "Enemy of The State"

Ya I know...we think those movies are just ridiculous, but the reality sometimes is incredibly stupid.

Take Condoleezza Rice for example, her statement about Iraq and supposed Iranian fighters moving into it and causing problems. She said we need to Halt Flow of Arms and Foreign Fighters to Iraq...and nobody in the press just burst out laughing.

The information about the alleged bad apple within the Guardian is news to me and comes rather unexpectedly, I must admit. Worth digging deeper, that's for sure.

As for the interview itself: *quality work, Sir Frost.

All the tales of him being an ego-maniac seem over-blow to me. He is a very well spoken, on-topic person, who tends toward being very aware of how the media works. Though I'm pretty sure he does have "issues" with sex (just as everyone I've ever met). It is clear that the charges against him are not in the women's interest.

Personally I think that he is happy to let the 'powers that be' show themselves as the corrupt organizations they are. Just as Wikileaks did by hosting their site with Amazon.

The funniest part of this whole story is how the "tea-baggers" are up in arms against someone who proves a lot of what they ramble on about. Show them for the mindless corporate pions the are. Long live Wikileaks!

That's incredible, but unsurprising, what he says about the government's attempts to coerce the leaker to villify Assange and wikileaks. So sad to see such cynicism throughout the system at this point.
