Yeah, I would like to get that close to cars that crash a lot. I'm sure the small wall and strong chain-link fence would prevent them from devastating an entire swatch of the crowd.

Not quite as bad as the folks at... whatever you call those dumb races. Rally races? Where folks crowd around the outside edge of hairpin turns, with no protection at all. Durrrrr.
