Mom Films 2 Year Old Daughter Smoking Weed

YouTube: The family of a Springfield Township mother. accused of teaching her two-year-old daughter how to smoke joint, is speaking out about the woman and the welfare of her toddler. 21 year-old Jessica Gamble has been indicted on charges of Corrupting Another With Drugs, Child Endangering and Tampering With Evidence.

Gamble is behind bars on a $10,000 bond. She's accused of giving her daughter marijuana, and videotaping the incident on her cell phone. That video was forwarded to another person, who then contacted Job and Family Services-and an investigation began.

So.. what's the point of blurring the child's face if they named her mother like eight times and showed a mugshot..?

The guy doing the report sounds like Zapp Brannigan, and I gotta say, that 2 year old looks pretty adept with that spliff. I wonder how long "mommy" had been teaching her for.

This wouldn't be a problem if cell phones were illegal.

Anyone under the age of 18 is required by law to remain unidentified in video/audio/written word, etc. Any parent/relative over the age of 18 is not protected by that same law. That said, giving a baby marijuana is just wrong. Can't be any clearer than that.
