Making "Kimbab" (김밥) with Maangchi

Almost all Koreans love this food.

Rolled rice in black sea plant looking like paper with colorful and nutritious ingredients is very simple, convenient, and well balanced diet.

I can say its Korean version of sandwich. Just like sandwich, you can put your any favorite ingredients in and roll it up!

You will see my 2 favorite styles of kimbab (김밥) in this video: tuna and kimchi.

I really like what I've found in Maangchi's Korean cooking vids, and I think she makes the directions quite simple to follow. MMM! Now I'm hungry AGAIN!

FYI, your typical Korean gimbap should never be dunked in soysauce or wasabe. You just eat it as it is without any added condiments because the toppings inside are already seasoned.

Unless, that's how they 'roll' in Cali or NorthWest.
