The difference being?

Maybe my feeble brain has been corrupted by Hollywood and video games, but to me, the term "Time Travel" involves a process that directly moves you through time. Using relativistic speeds to achieve a slowing effect on yourself seems mundane and the time travel itself seems like a side-effect.
