Why discard? He does drop an f-bomb at the end!

i attempted to discard cos i found another vid i wanted to post. doesn't seem to have worked though.
and there's an f-bomb at the end?! fuck.

So... how does chopping the end off the drumstick make it cook quicker? All it does is remove the thinnest part of the drumstick (which cooks faster anyway) and causes the rest of the meat to bunch up, presumably increasing the cooking time. What am I missing?

I am going to make this today, just got all the ingredients....

I'm having a heart attack just from watching this guy move. He's in such a rush. I can sort of see what it would be like in his kitchen.
