As ridiculous as it was, the movie was made more for the fans of the game than anything else, especially this scene. I loved it when I saw it in the theaters, and I love it to this day. Now granted the movie won't win any awards for anything, and I wasn't too crazy about the plot changes made for the movie, but I liked it a lot more than many of the other video-game movies out there that try to be something they aren't.

And if that doesn't clinch it, at least Doom was a lot better than any movie Uwe Boll could ever hope to make.

Agreed, Uwe Boll sucks. I do enjoy this scene, just for the over the top quality. He seems invisible all of a sudden and just kills everything.

I did miss the first half hour of the movie when I saw it so I was a bit lost. Maybe that ruined the movie for me

I actually didn't think the movie was all that bad, (I've seen worse!). I just wish this scene was longer...(time to go reload Doom!)

That scene was better than I thought it'd be also. It's got haunted house ride quality to it.
