Cop Pushes Woman Down Stairs

"ORLANDO, Florida - An Orlando police officer (THUG) seen on video apparently pushing a woman down some stairs for no apparent reason could face criminal charges! Cop pushed woman downstairs for no reason-then charges her with assault- victim received death threats & lost career!"

Officer Fernando Trinidad said it was closing time at what was then Club Paris when Jessica Aspirilla started to argue with him in April 2007. Aspirilla stuck out her tongue and spit in his face twice and, the officer said, when he tried to grab her she fell down the stairs. He charged Aspirilla for battery on an officer and resisting arrest, but all charges were dropped.

Officer Trinidad's record at the Orlando Police Department revealed he's had six complaints filed against him and he was the subject of another four formal investigations. He has been with the police department since 2005.

They took away his "police powers" and he now has to "take on administrative duties. That means no badge, no gun and no authority to make arrest."

He still has his job. Why not just fire him? If my employer had videotape of me "allegedly" pushing someone down the stairs, I'd be fired that same day.

You can definitely see the way he puts all his weight into a deliberate attempt to murder her by pushing her down four steps.

Or, she stops, he gives her a little shove to get her moving and she trips.

I hate cops as much and more than the next guy, but don't just see what you want to see.

Its a known fact, pushing people down stairs is not a good safety practice. You would have to be in a mental state or , just really be an asshole to push someone down the stairs.

If someone in front of you stops on the stairs, Do not push them down the stairs!

I grew up near stairs, I know that there are known guidlines:)

Also don't put things on stairs, A person coming down the stairs may not see it.

Don't put flammable stuff under stairs, cause if it flames, then the people upstairs are in trouble.

The doors at the bottom of the stairs should open outward, that way if a bunch of people come down the stairs in a hurry, the people in front don't get squished.

Watch the kids or elderly or anybody!! Especially anyone that you have been entrusted to safeguard, when they are near stairs, take extra precautions, like a safety gate or help them with a gentle hand.

In other words I think that prick pushed someone down the stairs. That is a failure for a "Public Safety Officer". Fire him!!

That ends my PSA.

That's interesting that before being suspended by his superiors they put him on airport duty as punishment. I may be biased(and a bit off topic), but being from Canada, I avoid US connections when traveling because of the asshole like treatment by officials in US airports.
