Things to consider: What a bummer if she's wrong and she's simply venting her frustration on him. She did admit that they cannot tell if he has broken the law or not - said another way, he has not broken the law. She is also calling multiple doctors liars in regards to his diagnosis. He says he served so I assume it was a non-combat role since she said he never picked up a weapon. Way to denigrate all the supporting roles.

So I read that as "gaming system" and not "gaming the system" haha. So what went through my head is "did he buy an XboxOne? or a really crappy PC? why the hell does congress care what our gaming systems are?"
