During a game between Oregon & Wisconsin a player slam dunks the ball so hard it goes in twice

It sounds like the announcer says that won't count, but I don't see why not.

Because the ref had blown the whistle to stop play before the pass was even made. Looks like he might have called an offensive foul, too, so it really doesn't count.
