Could anyone tell me the name of the piece played from 0:41 to 1:26? I have been trying to get it into my playlist for a while now, just don't know the name.

It's the first movement of Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, Winter, aka Concerto No. 4 in F minor, Op. 8, RV 297, "L'inverno".

I can't tell you which recording they've used though, except that it's not this one:
