So i was playing saints row the third earlier today and save for some reflections and the quality of some of the textures and lighting it's not far off, in fact i am pretty sure next generation consoles will be able to reproduce most of this and more without modification (reflections are still tricky, but you can fake those)

Indeed, we have snow and ice on the ground for alt least 40% of the year and i have only had this problem once for the entire 15 years i have been driving.
And that was on a steep hill with the worst conditions ever imaginable (solid fresh ice with about 3 inches of loose snow on top).

sure it is, first case would be if it's used to correct turbulent air that would otherwise cause extra drag, in such a case it would have a double effect, both by reducing drag and generating power.
Second case would be if you had a turbine with deployable blades that extend every time you brake, sure the gain would be small, but it is a gain non the less.

Though clearly this car does not use either of these, and the only way this would add energy instead of wasting it was if he lived in a really windy place.

NAh it's just a simple mass*speed -> Energy -> mass*speed conversion, so it's really just a matter of adding more mass (ie. people).

I think it should also have a gas version motor for greater initial acceptance of concept (and possible lower price) and implement the electric version once mass production is reached. Then offer both versions.

One or two of those where almost impressive, he should practice more.
More clean cuts, less trying to show off with crappy moves.
