Fifty People One Question
It's not just you. That's exactly how I felt.>> ^xxovercastxx:
I found myself irritated by people who asked questions to which the answers are readily available ("How does a venus fly trap, like, work?", "Exactly what is in Jello?","What's in a Wonder Ball?") or questions that were just intentionally stupid ("Where can I get the biggest, cheapest cookie right now?", "What's your favorite microwavable food?", "When's the zombie apocalypse gonna happen?").
Really? You have an opportunity to have any question answered and you're going to ask something meaningless or something you could find out for yourself with less than a minute of research?
I guess that says as much about me as it does about them.
Shaolin Monk throws needle through piece of glass
I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. He's closer to the glass than at first appears and that's one heavy duty needle; much larger than I imagined.
Brand New Old Spice Ad - I'm Back
Too many words.
"We Need a Christian Dictator" - since the ungodly can vote
I don't believe that he's sincere in his opinions in the slightest. He's just a scam artist trying to get rich. He knows that he's just playing to a crowd. He's even got the, "please send me money", segment at the end.
Ted Williams records his first voiceover
Smoooooth
Don't you just love it when cats bring you gifts?
Aw. Kitty is so proud of herself.
"Meow.... look what I did..... meow"
Amazing 3D Video Mapping on Physical Objects
Ha! All the time I was watching it I just thought it was a completely computer generated image with a shaky-cam effect added to enhance the realism. After reading the comments I had to go back and watch it again to appreciate how cool an effect it really is.
Republican Uses Porn To Block Science Funding!
Riders, or in this case a wrecking amendment, like this always confuse the hell out of me. Surely when some random congressman proposes an amendment to a bill then the amendment is debated and voted on as a separate issue. You say, 'All those in favour of the amendment say, "Aye"', and then you dismiss the amendment and the bill continues unchanged; right? I mean, that's how a sensible debating chamber works; right?
Surely just because some random guy proposes an amendment doesn't mean that it is now irrevocably glued to the original bill without a separate vote?
Can someone explain to me what I'm missing?
David Mitchell - Dear America...
I wonder if it got shortened from something like, "Pffft. As if I could care less."
Or the rhetorical, "Do you really think I could care less?"
Politician Dan Fanelli knows what terrorists look like
I'm confused. This is satire; right?
Ralph Wiggum Fails English
I'm not sure I'd go that far, but it's definitely more cromulent.>> ^Simple_Man:
>> ^Arg:
Ever since this episode, "unpossible", has become part of my vocabulary.
Would you say that your vocabulary has been "embiggened"?

Who says period? I'm american and I know noone who says that.
Adobe Flash Coming Soon to the Google Android OS
Aaaagh! Why does he keep calling it 'Flash ten dot one'? I was ready to forgive it as some kind of American thing in the same way that they like to say 'period' instead of 'full stop'. But then he says, 'Flash ten dot one' and, 'web two point oh' in the same sentence. Pick one way and stick to it!
Do I need help for noticing stuff like this?
Pixels
Voxels. Not pixels. That is all.
