before "the usual suspects" kevin spacey starred in a little noticed black comedy christmas movie called "the ref" where dennis leary plays a small time theif who gets caught up in a super dysfynctional family.
this is near the end where it all comes to a head.
best line "lady,i know loansharks who are more forgiving than you.your husband ain't dead lady...he's hiding".
