do not subscribe fully into anybody elses belief system,even your own.instead keep an open mind and realize that thought,feelings and consciousness are fluid and our thinking should reflect that reality.

I agree with the premise, but moreso the corollary: don't fully buy into your own BS. Challenge your own beliefs as much as you challenge others'.
