covering up oil spill in Michigan

According to this video a year after a tarsands pipeline ruptured in Michigan, Enbridge is covering up a polluted streambed.
It looks real to me, cleaning up spills takes alot of money so they find shortcuts.

And when the Keystone XL pipeline eventually gets approved, this is what will happen to the Ogallala aquifer.

Oh no, it won't screw up the Oglalla. That aquifer has been pumped down so far in order to produce cheap corn , that the oil leaking from the keystone xl will never get into it.
