CrushBugMy claim to fame: not falling flat on my face when pushing off. Most times.
CelebrateApathysays...Since I'm not privileged someone should tag this 'Ankles of Steel.' As someone who has skated for the majority of my life (I played high school and college roller and ice hockey), I can assure you I have stronger ankles than most. This however, is hardcore. When you've skated most of you life, the blades (or the wheels) become like part of your feet allowing you to do things most can only do standing, but I could not pull that off. (S)He may not be a figure skater but still damn talented.
Seriously though, not as an insult or troll, I couldn't tell the gender of that person. Ponytail, but baggy clothes and hat conceal.
RyjkyjIt's a girl. And yeah, I have really flat, wide feet and I've never even been able to even wear roller blades for more than five minutes or so, let alone skate in them.
smoomansays...people still skate?
citoI never jumped on the rollerblade fad, well it's not really a fad nowdays as it's own thing. I still skate occasionally but we have a roller rink in town, cheapest place for kids/teens/adults to hang out they serve all the way up to alcohol for adults. Adults get a red wrist band showing they can purchase alcohol. but they also have an arcade/batting cage/ air hockey tables/pool tables/etc

but the big thing is in the center a live dj spinning every thurs/fri/sat nights on the roller rink.
I take my kid every now and then and still skate with him, I'll be 35 next month and still have my "ginormous" skates I had to special order since my shoe size is 15. My son who is 14 wear a size 12 shoe so he definitely takes after dad
usually though he'll find some girl to skate with and I skate off to the arcade so as not to embarrass him
