Dan Savage keeps saying it, and I keep repeating it.... The greatest thing any gay person can do to change the world is to come out of the closet. Here's the proof. Dang. I love this.

Not only should the gay fireman be able to go home to his or her husband/wife, but these guys risk their lives every day and without a legal marriage, things like death benefits and life insurance have a very difficult time going to their partner vs. anyone else.

Gay marriage opposition: stop using the bible as an excuse to be a bigoted hate-monger and let people marry the person they choose regardless of sex. It isn't going to affect your life in any way, shape or form.

How can they justify letting flamers in the fire department! Isn't that counter intuitive? Doesn't anybody watch Arrested Development?!
