I remember seeing this on America's Funniest Video 15+ years ago. It really is amazingly bad.

Some people might ask if it was staged based on the fact that a video camera was running (zoomed in to frame the action with the porta potty but not framing the initial action well. It also panned over pretty quickly). Also, the dumpee had all of his clothes on.
