I guess some of you can, but not ordinary hard working no-star members. The elites are trying to keep us down.

Yea, so how does it help the community to block good sources of videos for the majority of its users? It seems that the policy seems designed to maintain the status quo. The uppers stay there because only they can post content that is almost guaranteed to be sifted.
