Adding video to channels (Law, Wheels) - requested by ant.

And as a cop, he knows to be scared and how to be.
And he was still scared.
And he should be.

As I tell teenagers who don't get this: the cop is going home at the end of the shift. If you are dead in the process, he will let the Police Officer's Association Union lawyers sort all that out.

But he has no doubt; whatever he THINKS he has to do, he's going to do.
