Also, they could be in a differents colour maybe. I was thinking of a light red.

What about a video description as an optional thing on submit video screen. It could just be posted as a comment in the list.

If I had been the person being pulled over, and was actually ticketed, I would probably brought up the fact that "leaving the scene of an accident" is a little worse than "cutting a corner".
