I have no problem with the use of the word "customer" near the start of the vid. We talk about our "customers" in the department I work in, and it is a way to get people to think about the other internal groups in a company, and to treat them as someone who requires a quality of service. It does not mean they pay us.

The rest of the info was pretty wild.

it follows that Booz Allen and the NSA would have a preference for fear and unrest in order to legitimize their massive and insanely expensive existence.

it also follows that Booz Allen, in a culture of open bribery, purchase their congressmen, in order to preserve the status quo and ensure their continued existence.

I don't think the problem was that he was calling those departments customers. It's that he was expounding the benefits of his policies to those departments at all; instead of benefits to the American people.

That tool McConnell has that look of the classic intelligence insect:

Big, scary skull
Forced smile (his resting face being a permanent frown)
Scripted, emotionless newsspeak
Ex-Military written all over his manner and tone

It's a goddamn cockroach infestation in the dry-goods pantry is what it is and weevils in the fucking flour tin!!
