This car isn't water fueled (the water isn't reacting with anything).

i've heard of rocket cars... but bottle-rocket cars?!

WE NEED MORE INFO ON THIS...

You couldn't pressurize that much water to fit into that car (water isn't very compressible.. maybe as water vapour). Clearly this is probably oxygen and hydrogen powered. Two tanks of each gas, combine.. explosive formation of water.

I think this is a extremely modified version of the "effervescent jet engine" kids used for science projects.
