Very Bizarre Muppets Sketch from 1974 Tonight Show

This is Jim Henson's Muppets doing a very strange sketch on the Tonight Show from 1/23/74. Jim Henson mention that they had done a variation on the sketch a few years earlier on the Tonight Show and that might explain the "head trip" type humor if it was first performed in the late 60's or early 70's. Kermit does show up later and sings "It's Not Easy Being Green". [/yt]
