Vancouver was voted the most livable city on earth by the Economic Intelligence Unit in the UK. Rick Mercer gets some reaction from his west coast correspondent to the news.

I love living near Vancouver. This gave me a good chuckle.

The "fixer-upper" at 2:00 was torched- ~~the owner~~s somebody commited arson to get the tenants out and so they could apply for re-zoning. About 2 blocks from my apartment.
