Over thanksgiving, Israel launched another attack on the Gaza Strip, killing Hamas' second-in-command Ahmed Jabari. In retaliation, Hamas began firing rockets that were some of the first missiles to hit parts of Israel in 20 years. Calling it an "Arms Race" sort of suggests that they're in a competition with eachother. Israel is a US Client State, it has the most modern military force in the region. Palestine can't even come close to competing with Israel for arms. It shows in the amount of death Israel doles out consistently.

You must not have watched the clip. Nobody is suggesting that the Palestinians have equal firepower - Just that they recently obtained longer ranged rockets that can penetrate the Israeli missile defense system and attack Israelis far from the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

....and where do you think the Palestinians get their weapons?

I would like to express how disgusted I am by the Israeli Government and their actions. I "would" like to, but I'm not allowed to I'm german, I would be nazi if I did.
So yay for oppressing palestinians for a few decades, you did great Israel, there will be no critic from me or my government...ever.
